Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please take photos of the damage products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Again, contact us within 5 days from delivery time thefurniturenest1@gmail.com and attach the photos and include your order info, we will then file a damage claim with the Delivery service and work on getting the matter resolved. 
 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delay issues.

Please note that there is US nationwide shipping delays which is out of our control.

Returns and exchanges

Can I cancel or get a refund on my order?
Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders, once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason. We do not except returns or do refunds. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly.
 
What should I do If my order is damaged?
You must notify us within 5 days from delivery of item that it has been damaged.
Please take photos of the damage products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final; returns, refunds, and exchanges are not provided. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email the furniturenest1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
 
My item is missing, is it lost, stolen or arriving later than expected?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping delay issues.
Once your package leaves the warehouse/distribution center, it is in the hands of the delivery carrier and out of our control on delivery times. (FEDEX, UPS or USPS).
